These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our apps and services ("the Service"). By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.
We develop and publish mobile applications for iOS. Our apps include brain training games and other interactive experiences. The Service may use device features such as the microphone and speech recognition to provide core functionality.
Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices that you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell our apps or any content within them.

All billing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store. We do not process or store any payment information.
All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple's App Store policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the relevant purchase. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. If you need guidance, contact us and we will help you through the process.

All content in our apps — including images, text, design, audio, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue our apps and services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Speech recognition accuracy depends on Apple's framework and may vary based on device, environment, accent, and language.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our apps.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using our apps at any time by deleting them from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
