Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 26, 2026 · Last updated: February 26, 2026

We ("us", "our") are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data our apps and services access, how it is used, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only anonymous usage analytics to help us understand how our apps are used and to improve the experience. This may include:

This data is collected in aggregate and cannot be used to identify you personally.

The following data is created and stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers:

2. Voice and Microphone Data

Some of our apps use your device's microphone to capture spoken answers during gameplay. Voice input is processed locally on your device. We do not record, store, or transmit your voice recordings to our servers.

Audio may be sent to Apple's Speech Recognition service for transcription as part of standard iOS framework behavior. This is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties — ever. The only data that leaves your device is anonymous analytics (described above), speech audio sent to Apple for transcription, and subscription transactions handled by Apple.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. We never see, collect, or store your payment information. All billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

All personal app data is stored locally on your device. To delete all data, simply delete the app from your device.

To request deletion of any analytics data associated with your device, or if you have any questions about your data, please contact us at: [email protected]

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps are appropriate for all ages. However, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

7. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Similar Laws)

Because we collect only anonymous usage analytics and store no personally identifiable information on our servers, there is minimal personal data for us to access, correct, delete, or port. All meaningful data resides on your device and is fully under your control.

If you have questions about your rights or wish to make a data request, please contact us at the address below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our apps or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
